The ASLA website is made up of various web pages operated by Arkansas Student Loan Authority ("ASLA"), 3801 Woodland Heights, Suite 200, Little Rock, AR 72212.

Your access and use of the ASLA site is subject to the following terms of use ("Terms of Use"). If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, please do not use the ASLA site. If you breach any of these Terms of Use, your authorization to use the ASLA site automatically terminates, and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed materials. ASLA reserves the right to change these Terms of Use without notice. Your use of the ASLA site is subject to the most current version of the Terms of Use posted on the ASLA site at the time of such use. This Terms of Use applies to the ASLA site and does not apply to the content of third parties.

Member Account, Password, And Security

If a particular ASLA site, or any product or service offered on the ASLA site requires you to register for a log-in account, you must complete the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You then will choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. Furthermore, you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. Applicable Laws

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arkansas, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts law. You agree that any dispute arising from or relating in any way to the ASLA site will be brought exclusively in the Federal or State courts located in the State of Arkansas and you irrevocably agree to submit to the jurisdiction of such courts. You further agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ASLA and its agents and affiliates against any claim, liability, expense or damages arising from or relating to your use of the Site. If any provision of these Terms of Use shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Use and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.

ASLA makes no representation that Materials, products or services on the ASLA site are available outside of the United States. You may not use, export or re-export the Materials, products or services on the ASLA site in violation of any applicable laws or regulations, including without limitation, United States export laws and regulations.
