Military Academies and Training
Military opportunities exist throughout the United States as well as in other countries around the globe. Education benefits are available to individuals who enlist in any branch of the U.S. Military. Each branch has specific programs for tuition assistance, loan repayment or scholarships. The Department of Veterans Affairs administers the Montgomery G.I. Bill, which is available to members of any branch of the military. Additionally, training received while in the military can be transferred as college credit towards a degree.
Educational institutions have been established by the Army, Navy, Air Force and Coast Guard. Admission to any of these academies is highly coveted and competitive. Check with your guidance counselor or ROTC instructor for more information, and use the links below to learn more about the variety of available opportunities.
