ASLA Welcomes Marilyn Campbell as Manager of Operations

Little Rock, AR: ASLA welcomes Marilyn Campbell as manager of operations, effective Monday, December 4. Campbell joins ASLA after 15 years with the Student Loan Guarantee Foundation of Arkansas (SLGFA). In her new capacity, she will utilize her operational skills to streamline ASLA’s processes and enhance efficiencies for schools and borrowers.
“Marilyn Campbell is very well known and respected throughout Arkansas,” says Nancy Smith, director of operations & marketing. “She brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge in the student loan industry. With Marilyn on board, we look forward to developing new business and nurturing existing relationships with Arkansas schools and with our partner lenders.”
As lender funds department manager for SLGFA, Campbell was responsible for all new disbursement service lender setups. SLGFA disburses for over 50 lenders. She also worked with third party servicer, IMSPRO, Inc., on problem resolution and the development of system enhancements. Campbell was SLGFA’s primary contact for resolving issues with schools, lenders and servicers. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock.
